This multi-phase project for the Turner Station community aims to celebrate the rich history and culture of Turner Station while growing a new tree canopy. These newly planted "Witness Trees" manifest the past, present, and future narrative of Turner Station. As they grow and change, so does the community. Then hold the memories of the past, find joy in the present, and grow for future generations. Part of this project focused on interviewing residents and turning their memories into interpretive signage that tells the stories of the community as you walk through the trees.
